The EUROMIN project
Project description
The history of Mineralogy is intimately bound to the history of European
mineralogy museums. The aim of the project is to offer to a large audience, on a CD-ROM sa
well as an Internet Web server, a first approach to mineralogy and to the history of
science through the visit of some of the main european mineral collections and browsing
through the most important pieces of their cultural heritage.
